Just because someone moves into a care home it doesn't mean that they should stop doing the things they like to do. We believe that our residents should have the opportunity to continue to do the things that they have always loved as well as having the opportunity to try new things along the way.
At Haven Court we offer a varied, weekly programme of activities and entertainment for our residents, including:
- Singing for the Brain
- Local singers and bands
- Movie afternoons in the cinema room
- Fortnightly church services
- Visits from local dance academies
- Seated exercise classes
- Weekly craft sessions
- Pets as therapy visits
- Monthly Saturday socials
- Summer and Christmas Fayres
We want our residents to continue to be happy and be content with life and that’s why we are always looking for, and developing new activities that our residents can take part in.
